**Job Description;**

Electro Sonic Group has an exciting career opportunity for Customer Service Representative/Sales Support at our Burnaby, BC, Canada office reporting to Vancouver Branch Sales Manager. We specialize in developing customized programs and services to suit our OEM and MRO customers' needs. Our commitment is to stock a complete range of components from the more than 200 world-class manufacturers we represent.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

This position includes the following duties;
- Support sales team and sales funnel.
- Monitor & update sales related reports
- Enter web orders and ISR orders
- Maintain special costs and MFR quotes
- Maintain support for branch operations
- Carry out and complete tasks assigned by the Manager

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Exemplifies our core values and competency
- Typing efficiently and accurately, with good speed
- Stay on given task, and learn from it, stay focused
- Self worker, yet asks the right person, questions, and is coach-able
- Excel efficiency, formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables (can learn), editing fields/columns
- Comfortable with Power Point and Word
- Able to learn new systems proficiently
- Willingness to go the extra mile to complete important tasks
- Maintain calmness under pressure
- Valid drivers license, car an asset when offsite VMI monitoring needs attention
- Able to lift 30 LBS

**Benefits**

To be reviewed after 3 months, however, in general, our company provides competitive and fairly comprehensive benefits, 7.5 hour work days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.53-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
