Key Responsibilities; - Develop and grow our brands among targeted specialties (e.g., dermatologists, pediatricians, GPs). - Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote product benefits. - Manage and monitor the visiting cycle plan. - Achieve or exceed sales goals and market share targets. - Identify and qualify new customers. - Attend major regional congresses, local medical events, and symposia. - Utilize administrative tools and sales reports for performance analysis. - Build partnerships with pharmacies and develop tailored business plans for healthcare professionals. - Collaborate with Pharmaceutical Representatives to align with business development plans. - Manage samples, trade products, and promotional materials. - Communicate and uphold Pierre Fabre’s philosophy and values. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree (preferably in medical or scientific fields). - Scientific accreditation (CFPC-CCPE) is an asset. - 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative. - Fluent in English; French is a strong asset. - Valid Class 5 driver’s license. - Must reside in the Greater Calgary area (ideally near downtown). Skills - Strong technical knowledge of dermatological care products. - Proven experience in territory management. - Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools.
