Assignments may vary in length depending on school requirements and your selected availability.Rate of Pay:$280.89/day; wage rate effective September 1, 2025Required Qualifications:Ontario College of Teachers Certified or In-ProgressEffective Date:Pending availability on the Elementary Occasional Teacher RosterPlease Note:As a member of the Elementary Occasional Teacher Roster, you will have the opportunity to apply for vacant permanent or LTO positions as they become available, with possible consideration over external applicants.Reporting to the Principal of the assigned school, as a member of the Elementary Occasional Teacher Roster, you will be responsible for maintaining the continuity of student learning in the absence of regular classroom teachers. Working on an on-call basis, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
