Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of power transmission and distribution projects. This role involves managing complex infrastructure initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

This role is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working model (3 days a week onsite). Only candidates who meet the required skills and experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end project delivery for power utility infrastructure, including transmission and distribution systems.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory bodies to meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

- 9+ years of project management experience (title not critical, but proven experience is essential).
- 5+ years delivering power utility or power system infrastructure projects (transmission, distribution, lines, or stations).
- Strong knowledge of utility assets such as distribution lines and transmission systems.
- Familiarity with power utility industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working within a crown corporation or municipal environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

- Knowledge of utility assets like cables, substations, SCADA/automation systems.
- Understanding of processes and stakeholder coordination for safety, regulatory, and quality compliance.
- PMP certification.
- P.Eng designation.
