RESPONSABILITÉS

Maintenance équipements fixes et des bâtiments

- Planifier la maintenance des équipements via le système de gestion de la maintenance Guide TI ;

- Établir l’horaire des maintenances à effectuer sur une base hebdomadaire et mensuelle;

- Maintenir à jour une liste des travaux prêts à être exécutés;

- Coordonner les travaux avec les différents intervenants internes et externes;

- Prioriser l’entretien des équipements de production selon l’ordonnancement et s’assurer de la disponibilité des équipements pour l’exécution des réparations;

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le planificateur production afin de coordonner les tâches de façon optimale pour minimiser les impacts des deux départements;

- Suivre les résultats des performances des réparations d’équipements pour développer des actions concrètes permettant une amélioration continue de la maintenance;

- Planifier avec le contremaitre bâtiment les travaux à coordonner pour la gestion des bâtiments;

- Développer des indicateurs de performance;

- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

Maintenance équipements roulants

- Assurer le suivi des immatriculations, des assurances des véhicules, des permis de conduire et du permis d’exploitant de véhicules lourds;

- Mettre en place le dispositif de consignation électronique pour les véhicules lourds, c’est-à-dire acquérir les dispositifs, coordonner leur installation et en faire le suivi (en se tenant au courant des nouvelles réglementations);

- Faire le suivi des Programmes d’Entretien Préventif (PEP) des véhicules lourds et roulants;

- Analyser les besoins d’utilisation des véhicules pour déterminer et installer les équipements nécessaires, en mettant en place un calendrier d’entretien pour certains équipements;

- Établir et gérer un programme d'entretien et de suivi pour les véhicules, coordonner les demandes d'entretien et de réparation tout en fournissant un soutien aux clients internes;

- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

FORMATION/EXPÉRIENCE

- Détenir un DEC en maintenance industrielle ou toute formation en lien avec l’emploi;

- Avoir deux (2) année d’expérience en gestion de la planification (usine ou équipements fixes ou roulants);

- Posséder deux (2) années d’expérience dans le domaine du transport (un atout);

- Toute autre combinaison de diplômes et/ou d’expérience pertinente sera considérée.

EXIGENCES TECHNIQUES

- Bonne connaissance de l’environnement Microsoft;

- Maîtriser les logiciels informatiques;

- Avoir une bonne connaissance et des compétences en mécanique, usinage et en soudure;

- Maitrise de la réglementation du transport au Québec;

- Connaître le logiciel Great Plains et Guide TI (un atout).

- Maîtrise du français tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit et connaissance de l’anglais ou un intérêt à le perfectionner pour communiquer avec des anglophones, que ce soient des employés, des partenaires ou des collègues des succursales canadiennes.
