Job Description

- Manage and maintain Oracle HCM systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

- Configure system modules and workflows to meet business requirements effectively.

- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing system issues and troubleshooting as needed.

- Collaborate with internal teams to implement system updates, patches, and upgrades.

- Develop and document system processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Monitor system performance and generate reports to support decision-making.

- Participate in cross-departmental projects to integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise systems

The Successful Applicant

- Proficiency in Oracle HCM system configuration and management.

- Key module experience: Core HR, Payroll, Absence, T&L, CBA, Compensation, and ORC/

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.

- Knowledge of system integration within the property industry or unionized environments.

- An ability to document technical processes and train end-users.
