Role Responsibilities

- Educate customers on the features and benefits of credit products available in store
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client’s financial products
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive experience for all customers
- Develop creative strategies to engage customers and highlight the benefits of the financial products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel
- Handle customer information with confidentiality and professionalism
