What You'll Do

We are looking to add a Key Account Manager to our New Brunswick team

This person will have a defined territory or industry where they have sufficient opportunity to capture competitively held business; and assigned an aggressive and achievable revenue growth target.

- Expand market penetration for assigned region or customers in the Water industry.
- Identify new customers and opportunities within region and grow business while reinforcing Solenis brand.
- Develop business development strategies and create annual business development plans for relevant area to reach required business objectives and revenue.
- Work closely with account managers to understand business requirements and market needs.
- Recognize new market segments and opportunities for business development, make a calculation of returns and investment, and gain agreement for the investment, resources, and actions required for the developments.
- Prioritize market segment development activities and set revenue targets.
- Achieve customer satisfaction resulting in optimal retention of existing business and growth of new business.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in Industrial Water Treatment, especially boilers, cooling towers, and waste water.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Documented results using a consultative sales process.
- Ability to establish relationships at all levels of management.
