We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist with 5-10 years of experience to support key marketing initiatives across advertising strategy, CRM, social media, SEO, and communications. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, digitally savvy, and eager to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment.

- Design of internal & external newsletters, client communications, and brochures.
- Assist various internal stakeholder in updating documents with current branding
- Update web content as required
- Create email marketing campaigns in CRM software, including the managing of mailing lists.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns; Daily updates of social media content, including writing of copy, Coordinating LinkedIn Marketing Campaigns for specific target markets etc.
- Analyze data, and create reports on campaigns – email, digital ads, etc.
- Design promotional materials for Execaire Aviation’s communication and marketing efforts that include images and or/video suitable for social media sharing, email and website.
- Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and special events as required.
- Coordinate marketing materials, corporate activities, and special events in collaboration with the Marketing & Branding Specialist and in collaboration with relevant departments;

Requirements

In addition to a post-secondary education in Marketing & Communications --

- 5-10 years’ experience in a similar position
- Aviation-specific marketing experience (asset);
- Comprehensive understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels;
- Strong project management skills together with analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges;
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
- Strong team player
- Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices;
- Excellent writing skills & ability to think creatively and innovatively;
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.; Adobe suite i.e. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken.
