Your role will support key marketing initiatives across advertising strategy, CRM, social media, SEO, and communications.SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Senior Marketing Specialist with 5‑10 years of experience who is digitally savvy and eager to make a measurable impact in a fast‑paced, luxury‑focused environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign internal and external newsletters, client communications, and brochures.Assist internal stakeholders in updating documents with current branding.Design digital advertising.Update web content as required.Create email marketing campaigns in CRM software, including managing mailing lists.Plan and execute social media campaigns; daily updates of social media content, including copywriting and coordinating LinkedIn marketing campaigns for specific target markets.Analyze data and create reports on campaigns – email, digital ads, etc.Design promotional materials for Execaire Aviation’s communication and marketing efforts that include images and/or video suitable for social media sharing, email, and website.Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and special events as required.Coordinate marketing materials, corporate activities, and special events in collaboration with the Marketing & Branding Specialist and relevant departments.Content Creation – CopywritingThought Leadership articlesNewsletters & AnnouncementsWeb ContentSocial MediaDigital AdvertisingPress ReleasesRequirementsPost‑secondary education in Marketing & Communications.5‑10 years’ experience in a similar position.Aviation‑specific marketing experience (asset).Comprehensive understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.Strong project management skills and analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Strong team player.Awareness of industry trends and ability to recommend adjustments to communication strategies.Excellent writing skills & creative thinking.Familiarity with graphic design, web design, and production; Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken.SoftwareSalesforce Marketing CloudMicrosoft 365WordPressLinkedIn Marketing SolutionsMailchimpSEM RushZoomInfoGoogle Marketing CloudCapCutAt Execaire Aviation, your career journey matters.
