Your Contribution

As a Civil Engineering technologist you will be working in collaboration with the Civil team.

The candidate will work with our dynamic team of civil engineers and technologists to complete various municipal projects while focusing on meeting the varied needs of our clients. The successful candidate will work both in the field and the office and therefore must able to work independently and as part of a team.

Field work responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

- Construction observation;
- Control and topographic surveys using construction level, total Station and GPS;
- Construction layout;
- Volume and as-built surveys;
- Maintaining client relations

Office work responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

- AutoCAD drafting and design; including alignments, grading, section, details and volume calculations;
- Construction cost estimates;
- Assisting in the preparation of technical specifications;
- Constructability and quality checks of drawing and tender packages.

Your Profile

- Civil Engineering Technology diploma from an accredited college
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- 2 years relative experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Maintain a valid class 5 drivers license and reliable transportation
- Available to travel and work extended hours.
- Experience with design of municipal infrastructure would be considered an asset

Qualifications:

- Civil Engineering Technology diploma from an accredited college
