About the Role

The Operations Manager will report directly to the Executive Director and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of AETS. This includes planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources & Health/Safety:
    • Implement and maintain a Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
    • Collaborate with the Executive Director on HR-related policies and protocols
    • Manage recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
    • Coordinate administrative support and office services

  • Proposal Development:
    • Support the development, review, and editing of grant proposals
    • Review external funding contracts and ensure compliance
