We are seeking a driven, collaborative, and creative Lead Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, communication, execution, analysis, and change management of our compensation programs and practices, with a primary focus on equity-based compensation. As a newly public company, we need someone who can reinforce and build well-defined systems and processes to support our growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in broad-based and equity compensation, and will be able to think strategically about program vision and design while bringing creative solutions based on data and business needs. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is passionate about people, highly organized, and can multitask and prioritize various complex projects in a rapidly changing and growing environment.

What you'll do:

- Gather and analyze market-based compensation survey data to assess equity compensation administration, design, and market trends
- Prepare monthly equity grant files for compensation committee approval
- Monitor, analyze, and report on equity pool health and projections
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all compensation programs, with a focus on equity-based compensation
- Partner with HR stakeholders to address equity-related issues and inquiries from our Titans
- Assist with the execution of compensation cycles, including annual compensation and promotion cycles, annual equity cycle, and annual company bonus program
- Develop and implement Titan communications related to total compensation programs
- Define and build global compensation policies and guidelines
- Identify areas for process optimization to support future growth and scalability
- Conduct regular compliance checks on programs and identify areas of risk or improvement

What you'll need:

- Minimum of 5 years of equity compensation experience
- Experience supporting global compensation programs and design
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office
- Experience with HRIS and Compensation Software implementation and administration (Workday experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics and tell a story with data and insights
- Experience educating non-subject matter experts on compensation designs and practices

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $113,000 CAD - $169,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
