Role Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, guiding them through their real estate journey.
- Manage a sales pipeline through calls, meetings, follow-ups, and email correspondence.
- Consult with clients to understand their investment goals and recommend suitable options.
- Attend pre-construction launches and provide Platinum Access insights.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Toronto’s real estate market.
- Meet monthly business targets with a proactive approach.

What We’re Looking For

- A licensed Real Estate Agent with RECO (or in the process of obtaining a license).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Must be willing to work on the weekends
- Must be willing to work from the office
- Knowledge of Toronto’s real estate and pre-construction market.
- Ambitious, self-motivated individuals with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet monthly targets.
- Pay Range: Full commission based pay
- Exciting earning potential with six-figure opportunities through commissions.

Work Location and Schedule

- Location: Realtris Inc. Office in Markham
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM (on-site).
