Join the mission to support secondary pupils with SEMH needs in Lambeth as an Outreach Advisor. Collaborate with schools and families to ensure every child receives the right support.
This 6-month contract role focuses on aiding secondary-aged students facing emotional and behavioral challenges. You will implement the 'Experts at Hand' model, coordinating outreach support that promotes early intervention and inclusive practices among schools. Your responsibilities include managing a pupil caseload while working closely with local authorities and multi-agency teams to deliver comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide outreach support focused on SEMH and behaviour management
• Develop and implement effective inclusion strategies in schools
• Manage pupil caseloads and support reintegration efforts
• Analyze key performance data to inform strategies
• Create and deliver training for education professionals
Requirements:
• QTS and a PGCE or comparable teaching credential
• Extensive secondary teaching experience with SEMH insights
• Leadership experience in behaviour and inclusion strategies
• Strong knowledge of SEND regulations and practices
• Excellent organizational and collaborative skills Make a lasting impact on students' educational journeys by enhancing SEMH support in schools.
