We’re looking for compassionate, skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about providing quality, person‑centered care and being part of a supportive team environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide safe, resident‑focused nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per clinical standards and Village policy.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the RN and care team.
- Support and mentor care staff while fostering teamwork and respect.
- Document care and maintain accurate, timely records.
- Participate in safety initiatives, staff education, and quality improvement efforts.
What You Bring
- Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses.
- Current full practicing licensure with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.

About Joseph Creek Village
At Joseph Creek Village, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional environments – for both residents and staff. Located along Joseph Creek and a short walk from Tamarack Mall, our Village features 102 long‑term care suites, 28 assisted living suites, and 91 independent living suites arranged in small‑neighbourhood layouts that promote connection and efficient care.
As part of our team, nurses benefit from neighbourhood‑based nursing stations, multiple medication rooms, and nearby support spaces within our recently renovated long‑term care community. Staff also have access to dedicated spaces along our Main Street for restorative breaks. Nurses are supported with the tools, training, and mentorship needed to deliver high‑quality care while expanding their practice, strengthening their skills, and continually growing in their nursing career.
