You’ll work directly with growers and ag-business owners across the Ontario and Eastern Canada, helping them design efficient irrigation systems that support better yields, sustainability, and profitability. You’ll have the freedom to build relationships, drive growth, and create real value — backed by Delta’s design, service, and fulfillment teams that make your promises possible.

What You’ll Do

As an Irrigation Sales Representative, you’ll take ownership of one of Delta’s Ontario territories

Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and execute a territory plan to grow Delta’s market share across the Ontario and Eastern Canada

- Conduct on-farm visits to assess irrigation needs and design tailored solutions.

- Build trusted, long-term relationships with producers and Ag related businesses.

- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations.

- Coordinate closely with Delta’s design and operations teams to deliver complete, turnkey projects.

- Attend local trade shows, expos, and agricultural events to expand your network.

Irrigation experience and background are preferred. However, what matters most is curiosity, initiative, and the ability to connect authentically with producers and ag professionals.
