About The Role

The IAM Analyst 1 performs administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Sym advertis... etcರಾಜೇ

This is a hybrid role with 1‐2 onsite days per week. New employees are expected to be onsite 2‐3 times during the first three months.

Primary Responsibilities

- Manage IAM processes, including administration, monitoring, and attestation, following Symcor and client standards.

- Provide first‑level support for IAM‑related issues.

- Assist with implementation and support of information security solutions.

- Support security implementation for major application rollouts.

- Ensure security administration and monitoring meet Symcor standards and applicable client standards.

- Provide support to regional and technology staff with security administration tasks.

- Liaise with client security staff to ensure delivery completion.

- Coordinate regular reviews and clean‑up of system access.

- Track security problems through resolution.

- Escalate unresolved issues within acceptable time frames.

Qualifications

Education:

- Completion of a post‑secondary college diploma or university degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Experience:

- Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management principles.

- Good analytical and organizational skills.

- Problem.Trigger suppressed? not necessary. Testing.

- Team player, self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Skill Requirements:

- Basic understanding of Microsoft’s Active Directory structure including OU, user accounts, group membership, and access rights.

- General knowledge of Microsoft Exchange.

- General knowledge of O365 and Azure Technologies/Platform an asset.

- Knowledge of SailPoint – IdentityIQ considered a plus.
