We are recruiting on behalf of a leading gym in Lloydminster for a Head of Training role, an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about designing and delivering programs that not only improve fitness but transform lives.
About the Role
The Head of Training will be responsible for developing, leading, and elevating training programs while inspiring and mentoring the coaching team. This person will set the standard for excellence, ensure program quality, and create an environment where members feel supported, challenged, and motivated.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development: Design and oversee dynamic training programs that drive results and reflect the gym’s philosophy.
- Leadership: Set the benchmark for coaching excellence, leading with skill, energy, and care.
- Team Development: Mentor and grow the coaching team to deliver consistent, high quality training experiences.
- Community Building: Drive service quality, team performance, and creative initiatives to expand and strengthen the training community.
Qualifications
- Recognized training certifications
- Experience in personal training and program design
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- A genuine passion for building programs that make a difference in people’s lives
Compensation
- $65,000+ base salary plus performance based bonuses.
