Head of TrainingWe are recruiting on behalf of a leading gym in Lloydminster for a Head of Training role, an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about designing and delivering programs that not only improve fitness but transform lives.About the RoleThe Head of Training will be responsible for developing, leading, and elevating training programs while inspiring and mentoring the coaching team. This person will set the standard for excellence, ensure program quality, and create an environment where members feel supported, challenged, and motivated.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Development: Design and oversee dynamic training programs that drive results and reflect the gym’s philosophy.Leadership: Set the benchmark for coaching excellence, leading with skill, energy, and care.Team Development: Mentor and grow the coaching team to deliver consistent, high quality training experiences.Community Building: Drive service quality, team performance, and creative initiatives to expand and strengthen the training community.QualificationsRecognized training certificationsExperience in personal training and program designStrong leadership and mentoring abilitiesA genuine passion for building programs that make a difference in people’s livesCompensation$65,000+ base salary plus performance based bonuses.If you’re an experienced trainer and leader who’s ready to inspire growth, transformation, and community impact, we’d love to connect with you.Summit Search Group has a strong commitment to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
