Responsibilities:

- Efficient organization of logistics flows to ensure an uninterrupted production cycle.

- Organization and control of importing goods to USA, Canada warehouses, preparing documents for customs clearance, verification, cooperation with customs agencies and customs broker.

- Organization of delivering goods within USA and Canada by road, courier and air transport through forwarding companies.

- Organization of delivering goods from UA and PL to LATAM by sea, courier and air transport through forwarding companies.

- Communication and control of warehouse about inbound and outbound goods, shipment preparations, documentation for responsible region.

- Support and assistance to clients during customs clearance, preparing shipment documents, control over T1 process, cooperation with customs agencies and customs broker.

- Informing customers, communicating on all issues related to delivery and customs procedures, providing customer support at the highest level by phone and email.

- Establishing good business relations with forwarding companies and carriers (negotiations, signing contracts, placing orders for transport) to shape the competitive transport costs, best terms of delivery and shortest transit time.

- Timely and correctly filling in data in the CRM system.

- Control over transport costs, cost allocation, entering invoices for transportation into CRM.

- Support the implementation of new processes, providing feedback and testing new solutions.

Key requirements:

- Understanding of document flow and main regulations in the field of road, cargo, air and sea cargo transportation.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience.

- Knowledge and ability to interpret Incoterms 2020 rules.

- Fluent English language skills.

- Good analytical and quantitative skills.

- Ability to identify issues and quickly find solutions.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Multitasking.

- Ability to cope with high workload.

- Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
