As a Senior Compliance Advisor, you will support key business units while reporting to the Director, Compliance. You'll provide actionable advice on regulatory requirements, assess business changes, and lead compliance programs. This position requires collaboration with business partners, legal teams, and oversight functions to foster solid decision-making and strengthen compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise on legal and regulatory compliance requirements
• Assess changes and identify compliance impacts
• Lead regulatory change and issue management
• Implement compliance programs and controls
• Prepare compliance metrics and reports
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in compliance or regulatory roles
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations
• Proficiency in compliance monitoring and reporting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
