Key Responsibilities
• Monitor enrollment changes and manage daily tasks in WEBS
• Ensure accuracy in monthly billing statements during releases
• Identify and rectify enrollment discrepancies with clients
• Support daily billing administration and tasks
• Assist teammates and promote continuous process improvements
Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience in claims administration or similar roles
• Relevant post-secondary administrative education
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication
