The impact you will have:

In your role as a Senior Project Manager, you will play an impactful role in achieving Softchoice's vision, responsible for delivering success and owning the end results of every project. Acting as the face of Softchoice and as an extension of the entire brand, you will focus deeply on understanding our customers' needs, assembling the best resources to get the job done, and delivering exceptional results from kickoff to completion.

What you'll do:

1. Manage a portfolio of customers' projects delivered by our team of technical expertise, including technologies from Microsoft, AWS, Google, Cisco, and other providers of cloud and datacenter solutions.
2. Work alongside engineers and architects to align execution to what the customer really needs.
3. Create project roadmap and WBS, ensuring full clarity of the project plans and risk mitigation, and monitor project plan execution.
4. Deliver on the customer's deeper purpose and constantly improve our approach.
5. Lead colleagues and customers through challenges and plot the path to success.
6. Occasionally work evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines.

What you'll bring to the table:

1. 7+ years of related work experience leading enterprise projects and professional services/consultancy.
2. PMP Certification is a must; ITIL and other Agile certifications are nice to have.
3. Previous experience with IT infrastructure modernization projects (MS Azure / AWS / Google Cloud migration projects, MS O365 migrations projects, or Cisco Calling / UC / WebEx).
4. Experience with other infrastructure projects (VMWare, Data Centers Migration, Cisco Networking…) is nice to have.
5. Proficiency with MS Project (other project management tools are nice to have).
6. Exceptional interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
7. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
8. Ability to grasp high-level technical concepts quickly.
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
10. Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view.
