The Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) , Canada’s leading, innovative and client-focused law firm, is seeking a:

Senior Associate – Disputes (Commercial and Construction)

We are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience in commercial litigation. The candidate will be motivated, a team player, take great pride in their work, and have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This role will offer the successful candidate the following opportunities:

- Experience leading and assisting with corporate disputes, including shareholder and partnership disputes

- Working with various financial institutions, investors, and public and private corporations

- Representing clients in a broad array of commercial litigation, appeals and arbitrations

- Acting on matters involving injunctive relief, and matters before the Commercial List

- Independent leadership of files with minimal supervision

- Career advancement, support and development
