Senior Associate – Commercial Disputes

We are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience in commercial litigation. The candidate will be motivated, a team player, take great pride in their work, and have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  

This role will offer the successful candidate the following opportunities:

  • Experience leading and assisting with corporate disputes, including shareholder and partnership disputes

  • Working with various financial institutions, investors, and public and private corporations

  • Representing clients in a broad array of commercial litigation, appeals and arbitrations

  • Acting on matters involving injunctive relief, and matters before the Commercial List

  • Independent leadership of files with minimal supervision
