Bilingual Disability Claims Specialist

In this fulfilling role, you'll work closely with an Associate Manager to deliver best in class disability case management and support the growth and development of our dynamic team.

Required Qualifications:
1. A university degree in a relevant field.
2. Deep knowledge of disability products, processes, and best practices.
3. 2-3 years of proven coaching, mentoring and talent developing.
4. Background in disability management, case management, health care related fields primarily.
5. Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
