As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of accounts across North America. In this farmer role, you’ll partner with executive-level stakeholders to drive renewals, expansions, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. You will lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), build long-term strategic account plans, and act as a trusted advisor across the full product suite. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes. This is a remote position with approximately 25% travel across North America. The role offers a base salary of $83,050 to $99,500, with uncapped commissions and other perks.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Base Salary: $83,050 – $99,500 plus uncapped commission

- On-Target Earnings: $166,100 to $199,000

OFFICE LOCATION AND SALES TERRITORY

- Head Office: Mississauga, ON

- Remote-based role with quarterly in-office meetings

- Sales Territory: North America (Canada & U.S.)

- This role requires approximately 25% travel across North America, including occasional overnight trips for client meetings and industry events.

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

- 7+ years of B2B SaaS account management experience, with a strong record of owning and growing large, complex enterprise accounts through renewals, expansions, and upsells.

- Background in construction equipment, heavy equipment rental, or related industrial technology sectors strongly preferred; Caterpillar dealership experience considered a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing SaaS accounts through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.

- Build and maintain executive-level relationships, leading QBRs and strategic account plans.

- Lead negotiations and renewals to protect and expand recurring revenue.

- Partner with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Implementation) to ensure client success.

- Travel up to 25% across North America, including occasional overnight trips.
