As a Land Development Project Manager, you will be a key player in managing and delivering complex residential and commercial/industrial development projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full lifecycle of land development projects, ensuring that each phase is completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholders' expectations.
- Collaborate with environmental, geotechnical, and structural teams to ensure integrated solutions throughout the project.
- Review and approve technical reports, drawings, and plans to ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure that quality control is maintained.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years in land development project management, with extensive experience in managing residential and/or ICI developments.
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Skills:

- Expertise in project management, including cost estimation, scheduling, and contractor management.

- Solid understanding of site grading, servicing, stormwater management, and infrastructure design.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

- Additional Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Preferred: Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation or working towards it; PMP certification is a plus.
