This permanent, full-time position focuses on managing transportation network projects. You'll leverage your technical skills to design and oversee highway projects for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation. Your role includes mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure top-notch project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage designs and oversee construction for MTO highway projects
• Lead teams in securing new highway project proposals
• Supervise and mentor other design personnel
• Assist with recruiting and training new staff members
• Liaise with clients and contractors throughout project lifecycle
Requirements:
• P.
Eng. licensed in Ontario with at least 8 years of relevant experience
• Established relationships with MTO and Ontario municipalities
• Knowledge of OPSS, OPSD, TAC, and MTO standards
• Experience prioritizing multiple projects and responsibilities
