Join the University of Waterloo as a Project Manager for Commercial Projects, focusing on delivering advancements in Print and Retail Solutions. This full-time role emphasizes project coordination and effective merchandising strategies.
In charge of various projects within Print + Retail Solutions and UW Food Services, the Project Manager will coordinate and implement initiatives critical to departmental success. This role requires a strong understanding of project management frameworks along with a significant focus on merchandising during peak periods. Candidates are encouraged to bring their strategic skills to foster collaborative relationships across departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and KPI metrics
• Foster best practices throughout the project lifecycle
• Create detailed project plans with stakeholder input
• Monitor project timelines and deliverable completion
• Communicate regularly with all project stakeholders
Requirements:
• At least three years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in merchandising or related field
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Knowledge of effective vendor management practices Lead impactful projects at the University of Waterloo as part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence.
