A career as an Account Representative at National Bank involves working collaboratively with partners to serve Commercial Banking clients, especially in the Real Estate sector. You will leverage your customer service skills and proactive approach to manage administrative and transactional needs.

Your role:

1. Support the account manager by prioritizing and executing complex administrative tasks for Commercial Banking files.
2. Enhance client satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and identifying new business opportunities.
3. Assist Commercial Banking partners with their transactions.
4. Help colleagues manage non-standard files.
5. Identify operational issues, recommend solutions, and assist in developing new procedures.
6. Perform checks and analyses to ensure financial data accuracy within set timeframes and support various financial transaction tasks.
7. Adhere to compliance and risk management policies.

Your Team:

Work within a large, collaborative team in the Commercial Banking sector, reporting to the Manager of Support and Performance. You will maintain relationships with clients and team members, with opportunities for skill development through training, hands-on learning, and expert discussions.

Prerequisites:

- Three-year college diploma or equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of banking products and services for businesses.
- Knowledge of Real Estate Financing.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Good initiative and autonomy.
