How You'll Help:
The Academic Progress Manager position is for people who have a true passion in education and deep interest in interacting with, serving, and educating people with diverse cultural backgrounds. The Academic Progress Manager will report to the company's Director of Student Progress Management.

What You'll Do:

- Manage students' progress in different programs related to personal development and college admissions;
- Have regular meetings with students to give guidance and enhance progress;
- Serve as the bridge between family and counselors, keep parents updated about the progress and results of their student;
- Oversee and manage counselor/student interactions;
- Enhance communication between parents, students, former admission officers, and counselors; build and maintain trustworthy relationships with families and students;
- Help troubleshoot families' questions and concerns;
- Design curriculum related to academic planning and application.

You'll be a good fit if you:

- Are fluent in Mandarin, with native-like proficiency.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree, ideally in English or Education.
- Have a genuine passion for education and supporting student success.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- Pay close attention to detail and approach work with diligence.
- Possess strong project and time management skills.
- Are proactive, trustworthy, and demonstrate an impeccable work ethic.
- Bring experience or familiarity with the U.S. education system and college application process (a plus).
