Must have skills:

At least 5 years of product design experience, or 7 years in a combination of Interaction Design and Visual Design roles

Experience designing within the loyalty, retail, or e-commerce space (both responsive web and native mobile app design)

Demonstrated expertise with design, prototyping, and collaboration tools such as Figma, Mural, and design systems

Demonstrated ability to articulate design strategy, and the rationale and logic behind design decisions

Experience working in Lean UX and with Agile dev teams

Usability research experience

Experience leveraging user behaviour data (i.e., Google Analytics, data dashboards) to inform their design decisions

Great communication and facilitation skills.
