We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Customer Care Digital Channels team as an Advisor Product Owner, Digital Channels. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of digital products to enhance customer engagement and improve the overall digital experience. This role will work closely with technology partners in defining the backlog and driving a vision for Enbridge's AI lab and support generative AI projects that drive excellence in customer experience, employing agile methodologies.

What You Will Do:

- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements and backlog based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Drive strategic AI and digital initiatives that align with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, marketing, CX and Contact Centre to ensure cohesive and effective digital experiences.
- Employ domain knowledge of AI applications skills, machine learning to champion the utilization of AI and digital capabilities within the organization.
- Analyze user behavior, conduct usability testing and leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the success of digital products.
- Present results, insights, requirements, and designs in a compelling way to leadership and partner teams.
- Develop and send communication to stakeholders informing them of the impacts of system enhancements.

Who You Are:

You will have the following combination of education and experience:

- A related bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
- 4 or more years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Digital Product Management, preferably with experience delivering AI projects.
- Extensive experience in driving digital transformation and delivering measurable results.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and digital technology.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent prioritization, problem solving and creative thinking.
- Proficient in interpersonal skills including building consensus, negotiation, and facilitation.

Preferred to have:

- Proven experience in using AI to drive business value.
- Knowledge of technology implementation requirements and methodologies.

Working Conditions:

- This position will require occasional travel within Canada and US.
