What is the Opportunity?

As a Product Owner, you will lead the development and optimization of our digital insurance online sales solutions, focusing equally on enhancing the online purchasing experience and facilitating seamless transitions to our advisor channels. In this role, you will also drive the product strategy and execution to deliver superior online client experiences, whether clients choose to fully purchase insurance products online or engage with our advisors for a hybrid experience.

What will you do?

  • Create and execute product roadmaps that enhance both self-serve digital sales and advisor-assisted channels, ensuring alignment with product vision and client needs
  • Design intuitive online purchasing journeys that simplify the insurance buying process, increasing client satisfaction and conversion rates
  • Develop seamless digital-to-advisor handoff processes, including features like quote retrieval and appointment scheduling, to ensure clients receive personalized support when needed
  • Work closely with digital marketing stakeholders, technology teams, and user experience designers to bring product visions to life, ensuring cohesive and effective solutions
  • Gather insights from clients, advisors, and other stakeholders to continuously improve product features and performance
  • Define and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital sales strategies and advisor integration, using data to drive continuous improvement

What do you need to succeed?

Must-Have

  • Minimum of 5 years in digital product management, preferably creating digital applications
  • Proven ability to design and implement client-focused digital solutions that drive engagement and sales
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, SQL) to drive product improvements
  • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud architectures, and modern software development practices
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with agile cross-functional teams, including technology, design, and business stakeholders
  • Experience managing initiatives from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery
