Primary Accountabilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate IT services sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their IT requirements and aligning our services to meet their needs.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to expand the client base.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success in meeting sales objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT services or SaaS industry, with experience in corporate account management and new business development.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets and drive results.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualifications preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in corporate IT services sales or related fields.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in managing and leading sales teams is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and technologies is an advantage.
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
