The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our high-performance team. This is a key role in our search process, ideal for a candidate who loves talent intelligence, storytelling, and connecting the dots between people and opportunity.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and interviewing executive and leadership candidates for a variety of roles across industries. You’ll collaborate closely with senior partners to build meaningful candidate relationships.
This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment where curiosity, hustle, and excellence are valued and where your work will directly influence leadership hiring decisions across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market research, market mapping and develop target lists for active search mandates
- Source and engage high-potential candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and a variety research tools
- Interview and assess candidates for fit, skill, and motivation
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with talent across industries and disciplines
- Track candidate activity and insights in our CRM, and help prepare client-ready profiles
- Partner with recruiters to contribute to client updates, shortlists, and presentations
- Stay current on industry trends and the talent market in our core sectors
- Represent the South End brand with warmth, credibility, and professionalism in every candidate interaction
About You
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: persuasive, clear, and human
- Deeply curious, with strong instincts for spotting talent and connecting with people
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when juggling multiple searches
- Resourceful and persistent, you love solving problems and overcoming challenges
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines
- Passionate about leadership, people, and business strategy
