Business Development Manager - Southeast

As Business Development Manager, you'll be the face of this prestigious brand across the South of the UK, building and nurturing relationships with travel agents while driving business growth. Job Requirements

- Ability to manage both internal and external relationships
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Extensive network of travel agent relationships in the South of the UK
- Proven track record in travel account management
- Minimum 2 years' field-based experience in travel industry sales

Job Responsibilities

- Work with internal partners, providing feedback and competitor insight
- Work strategically with suppliers to maximise partnership value
- Provide market intelligence to shape company strategy
- Organise and host dynamic training events, roadshows, and FAM trips
- Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and market trends
- Spend 3-4 days a week meeting with travel agents
- Lead business development across the South of the UK
