Job Title: Brand Ambassador We’re looking for outgoing, reliable Brand Ambassadors to help bring the Hero x Batiste Skate & Sip experience to life this holiday season You’ll be the face of two beloved beauty brands, engaging skaters and guests, sharing fun product info, and distributing samples throughout the activation. Training (Mandatory) December 15 from 1:00pm–3:00pm (In-person at BMI office) Activation Shifts – The Bentway (4 BAs per shift): - December 20 — 11:00am–9:30pm - December 21 — 11:30am–9:30pm - December 22 — 11:30am–9:30pm - December 23 — 11:30am–10:00pm (final day + assist with packing truck) Wild Card Promo Shift – Mississauga - December 24 — 9:00am–12:00pm (1 BA only — must have own transportation) Role Breakdown & Compensation: ( Total BAs needed: 6) 4 Active BAs per shift (starting at $22/hr) 2 Backup BAs on 3-hour standby each day ($50/day standby rate) December 24th ONLY: Only 1 BA is required for this shift (Must have your own transportation to Wild Card Promo in Mississauga) Responsibilities: - Engage warmly with skaters and guests, inviting them to explore the Hero x Batiste activation. - Confidently share simple product talking points (provided during training). - Hand out samples in a fun, high-energy way while keeping the booth stocked and tidy. - Help with basic activation tasks (restocking, organization, crowd flow). - Participate in scheduled breaks coordinated by the Team Lead. - Represent both brands positively, professionally, and enthusiastically. - Introduce Hero Acne Patches and Batiste Dry Shampoo as quick, confidence-boosting essentials. - Highlight product benefits in clear, guest-friendly language. - Encourage guests to scan QR codes, follow social channels, or learn more onsite. Requirements - Outgoing, friendly personality with strong guest-facing energy. - Reliable, punctual, and open to direction from the Team Lead. - Comfortable standing for long periods and working outdoors in winter (warm branded jackets provided). - Previous BA or customer-service experience is an asset but not required. - Able to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. - December 24: Must have your own transportation to Wild Card Promo (Mississauga). - Ability to skate and interact with skating guests.
