Air Export Coordinator

Location: Staines-upon-Thames

Role Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Air Export Coordinator to join a well-established logistics company in Staines. The successful candidates will manage the importation process of air freight shipments, ensuring efficient and timely delivery for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage air freight export shipments from origin to final destination.
- Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, and clients to ensure smooth cargo handling.
- Prepare and process import documentation in compliance with customs regulations.
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively address any issues or delays.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in air export operations is essential.
- Strong understanding of customs procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with logistics software.
