Patient Services Manager Join Roche and be at the heart of our mission to improve patient lives. As a Patient Services Manager, you will drive the end‑to‑end success of Patient Support Programs (PSPs) across therapeutic areas. The Opportunity Translate high‑level product strategies into end‑to‑end design and execution of patient support programs. Consult external customers and patients to ensure best‑in‑class program design and optimal access. Capture data and insights to inform stakeholder decisions. Implement digitalization, automation, and new technologies to improve the patient journey and program efficiency. Lead complete program monitoring, reviewing key performance indicators, service levels, and customer satisfaction. Manage program financials, including forecasts, budgets, and invoices, while ensuring alignment with contracts. Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance by leading business reviews with vendors and resolving issues. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a Life Science related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in patient support programs (including reimbursement) within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze data, manage financials, and drive programs from development to execution. Proven collaborator and influencer with a strong patient‑first mindset, capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, changing environment. Strong influence, negotiation, and difficult‑conversation skills with stakeholders. Preferred Experience with vendor and manufacturer PSPs. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc). Commercial experience (sales, marketing, medical). Project Management experience. Bilingual (English/French). Relocation benefits are not provided for this role. Salary range: $115,328.00 – $151,368.00, based on primary location of Mississauga. Actual pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
