What’s the job?

Drake International is expanding its range of professional services, and we are seeking a Global Head of HR Advisory Services to lead the strategic direction, growth, and delivery excellence of its Human Resources Advisory practice. This is a pivotal global leadership role, accountable for developing and scaling an integrated advisory business that helps clients navigate complex workforce transformations, optimize people strategies, and drive organizational performance. Working as part of the firm’s senior leadership team, the successful candidate will:

- Shape and execute the strategic vision for the HR Advisory business, ensuring alignment with the firm’s global growth priorities.
- Lead high-performing, cross-regional teams in delivering innovative, evidence-based solutions that address the full spectrum of workforce and organizational challenges.
- Partner with senior executives and client leaders to strengthen relationships and position the firm as a trusted advisor in the evolving people and talent landscape.
- Drive commercial performance, ensuring the practice achieves ambitious growth, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence targets.

Who are we looking for?

- An HR executive who for at least the past 5 years has run their own HR consulting business and therefore embodies the entrepreneurial spirit we are looking for
- A leader who fosters lasting client relationships and a growing book of business to drive sustainable growth.
- Deep expertise in human capital strategy, organizational design, workforce transformation, and change leadership
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
- The credibility and influence to engage senior client stakeholders across regions and industries
