Riopel Consultant, a rapidly growing company established since 1998 in Saint-Jérôme, is currently looking for a dynamic sales representative to join its team. We offer information technology solutions to a diverse client base. Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and develop a client portfolio across various sectors.
- Present and sell Riopel Consultant’s services and solutions to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions tailored to their challenges.
- Ensure constant follow-up with prospects and clients, maintaining a strong and lasting relationship.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and project management to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Write business proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Participate in trade shows, events, and business meetings to promote the company’s services.

Requirements:

- Degree in sales, marketing, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the technology or services sector.
- Excellent ability to identify client needs and close sales.
- Mastery of negotiation techniques and consultative selling. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Autonomy, organization, and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- Knowledge of the information technology sector and project management is a plus.
