You will be responsible for managing the entire quoting process, ensuring compliance of all information, and providing administrative support to the sales team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction, while working independently in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll DoManage the full preparation process for quotes and ensure their compliance;Read and interpret architectural plans and elevations;Meet deadlines and proactively manage priorities;Track your own projects while keeping internal tools and systems up to date for client communication;Support the sales team in project follow-ups, order confirmation, and deposit collection;Gather, analyze, and compile client requests provided by the sales team and share the information with relevant stakeholders;Maintain accurate and reliable internal systems to ensure smooth information flow;Perform other related tasks as required.What You BringA proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;Initiative, versatility, and a solution-oriented mindset.Requirements3–5 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role;Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written) to communicate with the US plant;Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with an ERP system (SAP is a plus);Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;Professionalism, integrity, and strong prioritization skills.Why Join Foliot?Be part of something bigger: a human, committed, and innovative team where every person matters and contributes to real, meaningful projects—all in a modern, stimulating, and collaborative environment.
