Role Overview

You will work within an established framework to engage with individuals seeking personal and professional development, share relevant information with those who express interest, and support them through the process.
This role follows a flexible, results-focused engagement model with autonomy over how work is structured, as a performance-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outreach and visibility activities across multiple platforms, including social media (training provided)
- Connect with interested individuals and support them through the information-sharing process
- Provide clear information about the organization’s personal development programs and services
- Manage multiple professional relationships simultaneously
- Collaborate with other professionals aligned with shared development goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
