In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving project excellence, collaborating with industry leaders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across complex initiatives.    About PTAG  At PTAG, we help our clients plan, manage, and execute their most challenging projects with innovation, integrity, and collaboration.  Our mission is to help our clients achieve successful delivery and efficient operation of their capital projects.  Our vision is to support global leaders in the selection, planning, and execution of their major initiatives.  Our values include:  Safety: The safety of our employees, suppliers, and clients is always the top priority.  Collaboration: We build true partnerships with clients and service providers.  Leadership: We elevate project performance through the application of best practices.  Accountability: We take responsibility for every aspect of our engagements.  Client Satisfaction: We strive for 100% satisfaction on every project.  Integrity: We believe in open and transparent communication at all levels.  Role & Responsibilities  In this role, you will:  Responsible for coordinating and facilitating project front-end planning and scope breakdown using WBS  Develop and maintain detailed resource loaded project schedule and/or integrated schedule in primavera P6  Responsible for ensuring project schedule conforms with the organizations’ quality and governance  Responsible for project performance reporting for both cost and schedule  Develop detailed schedules and/or provide schedule oversight activities to ensure full visibility on project timelines, establish baselines and perform monitoring control.  Integrate individual project schedules into the overall program schedule.  Facilitate project metrics reporting and variance analysis for both cost and schedule.  Identify actual and potential deviations from the approved annual release, life cycle budgets, or schedule to the Project Manager.  Recommend corrective actions. Prepare and obtain approval of applicable change control documentation.  Maintain document project files which provide an auditable trail throughout the project lifecycle including project approvals, change control, and close out.  Provide business units support in developing, maintaining and updating project schedules and cost baselines and budgets in collaboration with project managers and finance teams.  Perform cost management for projects in accordance with our client’s project management governance.  Facilitate and support project financial close out processes.  Collaborate with project manager to address variances, adjusting project plans and budgets as needed to maintain financial control.  Set up applicable source systems (AS9, EcoSys, ePMX, P6 etc) as required as ensure alignment with project control systems.  Maintain alignment between source systems and project control systems throughout the project life cycle.      Qualifications / Requirements  To succeed in this role, you bring:  A degree or diploma in an Engineering discipline or in a related discipline.
