Our vision is to support global leaders in the selection, planning, and execution of their major initiatives.Our Values IncludeSafety: The safety of our employees, suppliers, and clients is always the top priority.Collaboration: We build true partnerships with clients and service providers.Leadership: We elevate project performance through the application of best practices.Accountability: We take responsibility for every aspect of our engagements.Client Satisfaction: We strive for 100% satisfaction on every project.Integrity: We believe in open and transparent communication at all levels.Role & ResponsibilitiesIn This Role, You WillCoordinate and facilitate project front-end planning and scope breakdown using WBSDevelop and maintain detailed resource-loaded project schedule and/or integrated schedule in Primavera P6Ensure project schedule conforms with the organization’s quality and governanceProvide project performance reporting for both cost and scheduleDevelop detailed schedules and/or provide schedule oversight to ensure full visibility on project timelines, establish baselines and perform monitoring & controlIntegrate individual project schedules into the overall program scheduleFacilitate project metrics reporting and variance analysis for both cost and scheduleIdentify actual and potential deviations from the approved annual release, life cycle budgets, or schedule to the Project ManagerRecommend corrective actions. Prepare and obtain approval of applicable change control documentationMaintain project files to provide an auditable trail throughout the project lifecycle including approvals, change control, and close outProvide business units support in developing, maintaining and updating project schedules and cost baselines and budgets in collaboration with project managers and finance teamsPerform cost management for projects in accordance with the client’s project management governanceFacilitate and support project financial close out processesCollaborate with project manager to address variances and adjust project plans and budgets as needed to maintain financial controlSet up applicable source systems (AS9, EcoSys, ePMX, P6, etc.) as required to ensure alignment with project control systemsMaintain alignment between source systems and project control systems throughout the project life cycleQualifications / RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you bring:A degree or diploma in an Engineering discipline or related field. AACE Certifications (CCP, PSP, EVP), PM Certifications (PMP, PMI-SP), and/or Nuclear Industry Certifications (Nuclear Fundamentals, or Radiation Safety Training) are ideal.6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Nuclear within Project Controls.Proficient in Primavera P6.Extensive experience with cost management software and similar tools for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Experience with EcoSys is an asset.Understanding of earned value management including SPI and CPI.Project Management experience within a nuclear generating facility within a project management support capacity is considered an asset.Knowledge of interrelationships between organizational units and stakeholders, and the mechanics of resolving controversial issues.Why Join PTAG?At PTAG, you’ll be part of a dynamic, growing consulting firm that values professional development, collaboration, and innovation.
