Are you a strong leader with a passion for poultry production and sales? Do you thrive in the field, working alongside your team and engaging directly with customers? We are seeking a Poultry Sales Manager to help lead our poultry feed sales representatives and help drive growth through trusted relationships and results.

About the Role

As our Poultry Sales Manager, you will:

- Manage, lead, mentor, and coach a team of poultry feed sales reps.

- Join sales reps on farm visits, providing hands‑on support and building customer trust.

- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, expanding market share, and developing new business.

- Work closely with nutrition, technical, and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions for poultry producers.

- Represent our company as a knowledgeable and trusted partner in the poultry industry.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience managing a sales team, ideally in agriculture, animal nutrition, or poultry.

- Strong knowledge of poultry production and/or feed industry practices.

- A natural ability to sell, negotiate, and build lasting relationships with customers.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- A self‑motivated, results‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, on‑farm environment.

- Post‑secondary education in agriculture, animal science, or business (or equivalent experience).

- Willingness to travel regularly to industry events and customer sites.
