- Support customer service and administrative functions.
- Track and manage purchase orders and invoices.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely payment and documentation accuracy.
- Provide coverage for the customer service team and perform office administrative duties.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong data entry and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiency.
- Experience handling purchase orders and invoices.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
